Skills & Requirements
- Must be a licensed South Carolina Cosmetologist/Estetician
- Flexible and able to learn, meet and exceed our Cherry lash application standards & techniques
- Able to perform consecutive application sessions, meet and exceed individual sales and productivity goals
- Understand sanitation requirements and be able to meet all standards
- Proven work ethic, reliable and exceptional customer service skills
- Interest in learning and performing Cherry signature blowout styles in addition to lash services
- Attend all company educational events, trainings and meetings
Experience
- Experience and certification in lashing required
- Proficient with use of equipment needed to perform lash services
- Developed communication skills
- Ability to work independently as wel las within a team environment, and to build and maintain customer relationships
